Good tool and ability to update training on the fly.
Clunky, cannot use graphics or photos from internet cannot insert diagrams without using other very clunky software, difficult to organise in alphabetical order
Used to be a good product but then they decided to redo the UI. THe product lacks basic leanring plans to guide a user. The system is a mess of 5 concepts that are confusing and hard to navigate. The new UI is very confusing and hard to use for users. They try to do a search for topics but are unable to find a topic that matches OR they find topics they don't have access to.
