Trainual is very user-friendly. Easy to add content, quiz employees, keep track of who is completing their training, and to search for content! This saves us hours of time between stopping all of our activities to train a colleague on a task, and with time being money, this is an invaluable tool!
I am over the moon with Trainual, the features as well as the support I have received since joining. The price is absolutely worth the features that you have access to and I am so glad that I discovered Trainual when I did. Cons: Sometimes the mobile app is a bit slow and it doesn't have all the features that the computer version has - we have a lot of Team members on the ground that use the mobile app and rely on it for information while on sites.
There are five things I like most about Trainual. Centralized knowledge hub, structured onboarding, role-based assignments, searchable & easy to update, and accountability & tracking. Cons: The least things I like about Trainual are: search limitations, quiz functionality is basic, and sometimes it is hard to cross-reference between different topics and processes.
I really appreciated how intuitive and user-friendly Trainual is. The platform makes it easy to create and organize training materials, and I loved the ability to assign tasks and track progress for my team. Cons: While the platform is great overall, I found the mobile app to be a bit clunky and not as fully featured as the desktop version.
Training new employees has become a moving workflow with Trainual. Everything is so organized and it helps keep our employees on track. Cons: Any little change to any page sets back our 100% completion. Some changes do not require users to do the whole module again.
I have nothing but good things to say about Trainual. It's helped streamline all of our processes and policies. Everything is in one place, in the same format, and is searchable and easily accessible by everyone at our company. We're able to onboard new team members much more efficiently and effectively, and ongoing training is so much simpler.
Trainual has helped keep our training program consistent across multiple locations and made SOPs easily accessible for everyone. Cons: I wish that training paths were part of the basic plan. It would also be nice if there was a video tool that didn't allow employees to skip or fastforward through each video.
Trainual has impacted us greatly in the time we spend with our new hires. In the past, we would physically be in the same room for 8 hours with the person before they could get to work! Sometimes 2 people which meant 16 hours of 2 people time to get 1 person, possibly to understand! Well, those days are gone. 45 minutes in person! Everything else is completed via Trainual.
The product is straightforward to use and has a great UI design. It helps us do our onboarding process much faster than we used to have them. Apart from all the help we get with our onboarding process, one thing that I love about Trainual is their newsletter. I'm always excited to read the next one and be inspired by what they bring to us. We have even implemented some processes based on what they recommended in these newsletters or got inspired from their own documentation to create some sections of our own. Thanks a lot, Trainual!
Love it. Easy for admins to manage, easy to create content of all kinds, easy to manage access, & easy for end-users.
I like that its has a clean, intuitive interface, both for creators and learners. You can structure content quickly using templates and modules without tech expertise. Cons: Trainual is fantastic for processes, but it’s not built to be a full knowledge base like Confluence or SharePoint.
Overall, it’s been a really positive experience. It’s easy to use and didn’t take much effort to get started, which helped us get traction pretty quickly. We haven’t fully rolled it out yet, but even so, it’s already been a big improvement having processes and documentation in one place instead of scattered across folders and people’s memories.
