Android users rate the app higher than iPhone users. Praise: lightweight, easy to navigate, good search, even NFC-tag support to pull up procedures on the floor. Criticism: no Microsoft sign-in on mobile (locking out SSO users) and fine print in screenshots that is hard to read on a phone.
Unable to use Cannot actually find a way to sign in with Microsoft on the mobile app. Since this was the authentication method I used on desktop, I'm unable to use the app.
Really hard to read the fine print in examples and photos of computer steps etc....
We love Trainual. We love using Trainual and the app is just right. It is not too heavy and it is easy to navigate. I appreciate the search functions and even how you can use NFC tags to pull up the app. keep up the great work.
