Its sub-scores tell the same story: ease of use and support at 4.7, value for money and functionality at 4.6, the gap reviewers attribute to price and feature gating.
They have improved the main dashboard page when first logging it making it more fun and able to see leaderboards. Clearly see what % everyone in the workplace is at. A good visualization and consolidation of data.
I recommended Trainual to a client and the Trainual team helped them see the value and showed the client how to make it work for their needs. I was able to assist and we have now built a complete training program with Trainual as the backbone.
Being able to store all of our material within one place is what is great about Trainual. Using SharePoint is good but it has to be done in file formats and that I dont want. Its very easy for files to be lost or you forget the name. This one allows a couple of admins and the rest view users only.
Trainual is a game changer in veterinary hospitals! Communicating and standardizing processes has always plagued veterinary managers and this program allows everything to be documented and instructed in one place.

We like the fact that we can keep all of our training, handbooks, and processes in one place for the whole team to train on and then references later. We can also update in real-time. Cons: There are some pieces that aren’t customizable that I would love to change. We have teams that have more robust training that need their steps broken down a bit more and it can get cumbersome with the current layout.
Easy of use and constant addition of features. Cons: Charging extra for Plus features, should be included in the plans.
Trainual is an evolving platform, meaning that they are always making improvements with each update. I can't think of a time where they rolled a new feature out that was lackluster or unhelpful. Cons: I don't like how difficult it is to reset group progress on specific Topics, as well as some of the individual date tracking is lacking.
I don't recommend using Trainual. We regret it.
