Every new account pays a one-time $1,000 implementation fee covering a 4-6 week guided rollout. Plans are per-seat, and reviewers on Capterra and G2 repeatedly flag the cost as hard to justify for very small teams. Accounts can be paused for up to three months, and canceling keeps access until the end of the current billing cycle.
